The types of folding and sliding glass systems / frameless glazing /:
1. Sliding system.
The sliding system offered by VIPPLAST has 4 or 5-channel rails, each wing moving in a separate channel.
The sliding system with 5 channel rails is available with 10 mm. tempered glass . The system has a lower guide and can be made in two versions - with a rail height of 5 mm (for restaurants and verandas) and a rail height of 40 mm (for balconies) with drainage channels. The maximum width of one wing is up to 1000 mm and height - between 2500 mm. and 3000 mm. The wings can be folded at both ends by folding one behind the other. The windows are 10 mm. hardened and can be in a different color from white.
The sliding system with 4 channel rails is available with 20 mm glazing. Maximum width of one wing 1500 mm. and height up to 3000 mm. It can be made in two variants - with a rail height of 14 mm (for restaurants and verandas) and a rail height of 40 mm (for balconies) with drainage channels. The folding of the wings can be done again at both ends, folding one behind the other. The glasses can be in different colors from white.
2. Folding system.
The folding system consists of lower and upper bearing rails on which the wings move. At the ends, the system is framed with finishing side profiles. The glasses are placed in glass-holding profiles using antibacterial silicone.
Each glass wing has 4 pcs. double rollers through which it moves on the rails. H-shaped seals are placed between the windows, which protect the room from rain, dust, wind and at the same time do not interfere with the view due to its transparent color.
The glass sash, which is located at the point of collection of the panes, opens at 90 °, and the other wings are collected next to it. Available in two versions: with 10 mm. tempered glass and double glazing 28 mm.
The maximum width of a wing with tempered glass is up to 700 mm, and the maximum height is up to 3000 mm. In the case of double-glazed windows, the permissible size of the width of the wings is up to 800 mm, and the height is up to 3000 mm. The glasses can be in different colors from white.
3. Hanging system.
The system differs from the standard folding one in that it has an upper guide (it has a rail only in its upper part), so it is called hanging.
Hanging glazing systems are suitable for restaurants, shops, verandas and swimming pools.
It makes it suitable for areas where more intensive passage is assumed.
The glasses used for these types of systems are 10 mm. hardened. The maximum width of one wing is up to 1000 mm, with a minimum width of 500 mm. Permissible overall size of the product width up to 6000 mm. and height up to 3000 mm. The glasses can be in different colors from white.
